Dear Experts, An Assesse does the following transactions in shares. Please tell me under which head i have to show his income. 1) Purchases and sells shares after holding it for less than a year. 2) Keeps certain shares for more than a year and sells certain shares. 3) Also makes intra day transactions (i.e. Purchases & Sells the shares in the same day) 4) Also does derivative transactions (i.e. Purchases and sells Futures and Options Transactions.) 5) Please provide me the section and related case laws available. Sir i generated Din FEE Challan from the website, i went to SBI bank for making payment , but they are not accepting ... so where can i pay the DIN APPLICATION FEEE? plz help me
