Dear Sir, I am an NRI living in saudi arabia having certain Fd in my NRO account (SBI)on which TDS is being deducted every year @ 30.9%. Intreast earned on FD are less than 1.6 Lakh,i want to ask that is it possible for me to produce 15 G form so that i can save deduction of TDS. Dear Sir, Ours was a family partnership concern, operated by my father and me. We had formed a pvt ltd and we have taken over the partnership concern along with all the assets and liabilities to avoid any capital gains. Both me and my father were compensated in the form of shares. However at this point, we would like to know if there can be change in the share holding pattern between me and my dad. Would this change in share transfer, or gifting his share to me, would that attract capital gains... Reply would be apprreciated
