: wrong payment of service tax
Hello Sir,i work in bank of baroda.Wrongly, i have submitted Rs 7,50,000 of service tax to wrong Assessee Code .That means,the amount has been credited on different name.How to rectify the same.Plz reply ASAP as i have to answer the bank as well as the party. : withholding tax on connectivity charges
An Indian company prposes to get connectivity like broad band services for its activity in India from an US company and US company is not having any PE in India. While making payment to US company for connectivity is the Indian company is required to deduct TDS/withholding tax? Pl refer case laws if any. Thanks in advance. Adinarayana -
