Sir, can you pls tell me the way out if a co. employing more than 20 employee but the remuneration of all the employee were more than Rs. 6500 so the co didn't took the epf reg. afterwords the co. appopinted some employee with salary of less than Rs. 6500 and ded. EFP on same and Deposited.now can a officer ask for the registration & leavy penalty on co. for not taking reg. earlier when co strength were more than 20. -
