Sir, We would like to sell plant to one of Indian customer and plant is from outside India. Our Selling mode will be "high sea sale". The payment from the buyer will issue L/c through us and we generate new L/C from our side to the supplier. Please clear is there any tax payable. If so what all taxes need to take from buyer and how much the percentage. Vat%--? Import tax---? Custom duty---?

SIR, i cleared my final in may 2011... i've been working in a CA firm from then.. now i got an oppurtunity to join a company. i ve applied for cop in october and i have not recieved my original script of cop as yet... what should i do now to surrender my cop ...is it enough if i write a letter to the secretary stating all these facts.
