Hello Sir, I want to no which procedure is favorable to client if he wants to transfer his assets to a new company by either converting proprietorship into pvt co. or by starting a new company. Client dnt want to transfer immediately but slowly n gradually. please help me in dis matter from income tax & company law point of views.
