I want to start a pvt ltd. co. but i am confused as to how the shares would be divided between me and the rest of the partners (if i convert an existing p'ship) and the investors from outside. Also if i need to raise up more capital next year then how the next group of investors would get their share in the company (I never want to borrow money and willing to give shares only)to all the investors.
