Sir, May i want to know, whether interest recieved on subsidy is taxble. such term loan is used aquired to machinery. subsidy recieved after 2 years, and interest recd was credited to term loan account. so such interest is taxbale.

i made interstate sale at 2% to customer of amount rs 50000 and tax there on 1000 in the year 2010-11 but unfortunately i did not get c forms from my customer.the state vat rate is 5% Now incometax authority wants c forms details online , my question is how i submit remaining 3% vat rs 1500 which is due failure in submitting c form ?
