Dear Sir Is Income tax applicable on arrears on pension? Without arrears pension is Rs. 300000/- with an investment of Rs. 200000/- in fixed deposit with SBI.With arrears it is Rs. 384000/-. Please tell me the exact liability. Thanks

Dear Sir, I have been trying to file Form 23B for past 2 days, but the site is not working . What will be the consequences if form 23B is not filed? Is filing of Form 23B compulsory for the year 2011-12?

Hi, I have IT refunds for year 2008-2009,i have given proper accoun numbers at the time of it return filling,i checked the status at website https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/oltas/servlet/TaxRefundSta tus it says Unable to credit refund as the account number provided by you is incorrect.as mentioned in the website i went to my income tax office ward(14)(4) and Assessing Officer told me to send cancelled cheque and acknowledment reciept,Form16 copy to electronic city head office through normal post to correct the account number i did that,but its almost 1 year there is no reply from them,and i didnot got my refunds yet. Please suggest me to get my refunds..My PAN Number is BJKPS2468G. And I have filled income tax Manually not through Online Facility so i am not getting option for year 2008-2009 in Response Sheet of correction of account number in nsdl site.
