My turnover for financial year 2011-12 was 7500000 and TDS deducted 75000 as i am work contractor. As I was suggested by CA to get accounts audited but I had not suggested to file return for assessment year 2012-13 . Audit report was for 30.09.2012. my profit is 600000 lakhs and remaining amount is refund. Can I fill return on 3rd april 2013? Is there any penalty for that I have to pay? please suggest me. its urgent. thanks in advance
