Sir, I want to merge two companies into one. After calculation I found "Goodwill" in merged balance sheet (under pooling of interest method), it is due to interholding of shares on premium/face value. Whether it is fessible or not? I read some where that in polling of interest methood, no goodwill arise.

Hi sir, i have register my company into Service tax department. But i found that we dont have turnover more then 10 lakhs in one year. the thing is we have take service charge from one of the company for June -Aug 2012. we already pay to the government.may question is i need to mention on E file for service tax in ST-3. and upto this month we havent dont any business. Should i surrender my S.T-2. please advise me.
