Dear Sir, I am a Indenting Agent & I do return file Regularly of my personal account as well as my HUF account. Now i wanted to earn from agriculture. I have been owned a land from my Personal Account. For Tax saving Purpose i wanted to do this business from my HUF. So, Please guide me wat i have to do for that. Can i transfer the land on HUF name or i have to Show the land on lease to HUF? & if Yes then Please tell me how? Thanks in advance.
