I am a Graduate from Calcutta University, Year-2009

Completed Chartered Accountancy Course in May,2011

Completed Company Secretary Course in December,2011

Presently I am employed with Deloitte(Gurgaon).

    Dear Richa, Applicability of CARO for a private company has the "AND" clause.
