Very well explained; Following the method, I found Refund Cheque has been sent per Speed Post dated 31.07.2010 but the tracking @indiapost does not show even its movement; Is it that Speed Post numbers are self allotted by cheque maker but not actually handed over to Postal deptt even after 8 days

Sir, can u tell me to whom tax Audit is applicable. there is 1 case of tax audit that a partner received goodwil from his firm which is more than Rs. 6000000/- then he is liable for tax audit
