: F&O Loss & Tax Audit
Hi Madam, I have a loss of 10,000 and Turn over of 30,000 in F&O trading. I have no other income. Do I need to go for tax audit? Or can I declare income as 8% of TO since its below taxable limit. Please help. I also need some help in accounting & book keeping. Let me know that too if you are providing such services. -

Hi Neha, Thank you for the answer regarding stamp duty. I have one question - we are a private limited company and have issued shares at some premium. Is it correct to pay stamp duty by affixing one rupee stamp on the share certificate irrespective of the premium paid or something else needs to be done ?
