    Dear Neha Jee. We have change the object clasue of a private limited company which main object is Manufacter & Producer & Trading etc in Cement orinted products in short CONCRETES BRICKS. Plz give me the draft format for Change in MOA to include The Alteration in Object Clause is the Company wishes to set up a fastening unit to manufacture MS washer and different sets & shapes of nuts, bolts both iron & aluminum spinning products. The company will deal in such business as manufactures, producers, wholesales, traders, brokers, importers, suppliers, job workers, stockiest of such products.
