    whether cenvat return as per 9(7) and regular return i.e. st-3 are two different things or one and the same ? we have filled only st-3 but no cenvat return will there be any problem?

    a company doesn't maintain employees attendence records and booking salary as per appointment letters i have doubts whether this violates, accounting norms as per income tax act/ AS / any other law
