Dear Sir you have earlier answered miss kajal mehtas query about section 50c capital gains. In that u said that Rs 2 lakhs will be taxable in the hands of y as gift recieved who is a purchaser in that question. Can u pls forward me the section of IFOS under which it is taxable.
