Sir we have already got the aproval of name "CORE MINERALS AND METALS TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED " dated 17/7/13 now we need some changes in this name so we had reapplied with the names containing "core" the MCAS fficials replied that "furnish new names as the proposed names closely resemble names of existing companies Form should be resubmitted by 21/09/2013 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956)" Can we provide the NOC of the promoterrs of the alredy approved company as we need some changes in the name keeping the same promoters...
