Hi!

I am Sanjay Gupta from "City of Joy - Kolkata". I have completed ICWA, M.Com, CS, DIM and currently pursuing MBA. Presently i am working for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Barrackpore Division as a Dy. Manager (Finance). Prior to this, for last 3 years i worked for "West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd" as Officer On Special Duty and before that for 3.5 years i worked for "Jekay Group of Companies" as Manager (F & A).

I am a part of caclubindia Family to share whatever knowledge i have and also to enhance my own knowledge. We all learn something everyday, because education never ends be it in school, college, institutions or in Journey of Life.

Dear Sir, my employer own a House which is jointly on the name of His wife. & the loan is on the name of him (Owner). My question is "is both (Owner & his Wife) can avail the deduction of Interest of Housing Loan on 50-50% basis."

Respt.Sir, I wants to know that, My company purchase some materials from local market @ 5% vat rate i.e.Rs.10000 & sale materials @ 10% i.e. Rs.20000. In this what is the Vat payment liability? how much input vat credit take when filling return? I will be await for ur reply. Thanks, Pradeep

Sir, Please tell For fy 13-14, auditor has resigned from June 2014. So we ll file appointment of auditor in ADT1 form or 23B form as it is related to 13-14. But if we file ADT1 , then what SRN No. will be there of 23B in 23AC Form
