Hi!

I am Sanjay Gupta from "City of Joy - Kolkata". I have completed ICWA, M.Com, CS, DIM and currently pursuing MBA. Presently i am working for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Barrackpore Division as a Dy. Manager (Finance). Prior to this, for last 3 years i worked for "West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd" as Officer On Special Duty and before that for 3.5 years i worked for "Jekay Group of Companies" as Manager (F & A).

I am a part of caclubindia Family to share whatever knowledge i have and also to enhance my own knowledge. We all learn something everyday, because education never ends be it in school, college, institutions or in Journey of Life.

Hi, I have one Query Regarding Correction in Amount in Challan which has already Filled in Orignal Return with Wrong Amount. Because of this Challan is Matched in NSDL and Unmatched in OLTAS. Because of Wrong Amount Booked in NSDL their is Demand From TRACES. Can You Short out my This Query ???? Thanks in Advance......... Hi, I have one query in tds challan correction, if you can short out it, it will be great helpful to me. my query is that in original return i have filled return with wrong amount of challan. because of that it is matched in NSDL and and unmatched in OLTAS. now their is a demand from TRACES of Short amount. My query is how to make change in amount in challan. Thanks in Advance

Hello sir, Hi I received a notice under section 139(9) for non Audit of business income. Separately I also found some other errors in my initial ITR relating to interest income which need to be corrected. I want to ask do i file revised return under 139(5) or under 139(9). If I file it under 139(5) how do i respond to the 139(9) notice.

KAMLESH says : ST-3 RETURN
we are servicer receiver (entity PSU). When filling of return. e.g. Party raise the bill under work contract services gross bill is 700000/- abatment 30% is 210000 and taxable value is 490000/- and service tax there on @ 12.36% is 60564/- our company paid 50% i.e.30282. My question is which coloum whcih amount we filled in ST-3 We have challan only Rs 30282. Suppose enter gross value 350000 instead of 7 lacs and abatement 105000 and taxable value 245000 then service tax 12.36% is 30282. this is the wrong or right beacause actual gross value is 7 lacs. and which notification insert and sub clause Please help me.
