Hi!

I am Sanjay Gupta from "City of Joy - Kolkata". I have completed ICWA, M.Com, CS, DIM and currently pursuing MBA. Presently i am working for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Barrackpore Division as a Dy. Manager (Finance). Prior to this, for last 3 years i worked for "West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd" as Officer On Special Duty and before that for 3.5 years i worked for "Jekay Group of Companies" as Manager (F & A).

I am a part of caclubindia Family to share whatever knowledge i have and also to enhance my own knowledge. We all learn something everyday, because education never ends be it in school, college, institutions or in Journey of Life.

Dear Sir we had not sold the property in oct 2008 & invested in capital gain fixed deposit & had given contract to one of the company to construct the my own villa in 2010 , but still my construction work will not going completed before 2011 company belong to me to & Capital gain is my personal but company didnt use entire amount for villa purpose. & some amount in 2008 i had transferred from capital gain a/c to company and not treated as capital a/c , but shown as loan amount.C.A suggested me it will deduct my 30% tax on my capital Gain investment. Please give me suggestion on same

I am From Chandigarh and want to import cosmetics and i heared that Now since Aprill 2011 we have to register our products with CDSCO if we want to iport them.
