Hi!

I am Sanjay Gupta from "City of Joy - Kolkata". I have completed ICWA, M.Com, CS, DIM and currently pursuing MBA. Presently i am working for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Barrackpore Division as a Dy. Manager (Finance). Prior to this, for last 3 years i worked for "West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd" as Officer On Special Duty and before that for 3.5 years i worked for "Jekay Group of Companies" as Manager (F & A).

I am a part of caclubindia Family to share whatever knowledge i have and also to enhance my own knowledge. We all learn something everyday, because education never ends be it in school, college, institutions or in Journey of Life.

Dear Sir, Kindly suggest that whether a Company Secretary, in employment, under the directions of Management can go for incorporating a new Company (sister concern). Please note that the management of existing Company as well as new Company shall be the same and no one is there in the Company to handle RoC work. Can a Power of Attorney in this regard be issued in favour of CS (in employment) or there is another way out to this problem. Please give your quick reply. Thanks, CS. Akansha

Presently, I do accounting on Tally ERP9 for stock exchange transactions i.e buying and selling of shares.In normal tally version their is not proper system for recording short term/long term gain/loss.Tally is not taking date-wise calculation for bifurcation of shot term/long term.My question is how to make entry of short term/long term of shares in Tally ERP9. Another one,I want to record opening stock of shares with quantity and date in Tally ERP9 .Let say,I wants to record Reliance 1000 Qty (200 on 15-2-2008, 300 on 16-8-2009 and 500 on 30-9-2010) in opening stock of 01-04-2011.My question is how to record opening stock with different dates in Tally ERP9. Whether my accounting perfect or not .Guide me Regards
