Hi, I am a ‘Company Secretary’ having total working experience is nearly 14 years with various organizations. My experiences includes working with Secretarial, Legal, HR,Taxation matters etc. Various assignment that I have handled includes, amongst others, independent compliances of listing agreement, Company Law(both listed and unlisted),IPO,FCCBs, GDRs, Acquisition, delisting activities, Co-ordination with RTA, representing Company to ROC/MCA, CLB,Stock Exchange, SEBI, NSDL, CDSL etc. My interest includes writing articles, answer queries relating to Corporate Laws etc. Apart that, I love traveling (specially hilly areas).
