Dear Colleagues..

I am Amit Kedia.  I have compeleted CA and CS from Mumbai. Currently working with Kewal Kiran Clothing Limited, Mumbai.

    Questions requiring knowledge of Income tax, company law,service tax, excise etc. Apart from that questions of Accounting standard and revised schedule VI.

    can u tell the effective date of negative list.Has it been effective or yet to be????

    as per CBDT circular for section 194I if tenant paid municipal tax,service tax etc to landlord than tds will not be chargeable on that tax element, i think word vat covered under word etc.
