Presently, i am working with an ISO 9001:2008 accredited Listed Company as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and and Risk Officer and dealing heading the Secretarial and Legal Department mainly compliance with Listing Regulations, Company Law and other Corporate Laws including Takeover Code and Insider Trading Regulations and other insurance related matters and filing claims. Also aggresively dealing with National Company Law Tribunal Matters.

dear sir, i saw ur reply dated 12.12.11 regarding subdivision of shares.. now i want to know what is the procedure for tis subdivision to do by a listed company. like any resolution,bm,form filing with roc or any other compliance with stock exchange? pl reply me. its urgent.

Hello, I had a query. A public listed company is purchasing 49% shares in another company in which it is already holding 51% shares. What are the stock exchange intimation requirements? When should it intimate the stock exchange?

Sir/Madam, a Form 2 in the name of our co. is mistakenly uploaded and we did not wanted to increase our paid-up capital, we did not made any allotment of shares to anyone nor we prepared any share certificates to the effect. As a private Company we do not think it will be a problem to give the reverse effect of such allotment, we can produce the Signed resolution of all the Directors to give reverse this allotment. please advise the procedure for the reverse of this allotment and oblige
