service tax refund

hi..

there is a company which is registered with stpi and is 100 % eou.i didnt get registered with service tax earlier at the start of my operations.now i felt that i can claim refund for the input services paid by me to the vendors.for this i just applied for service tax registration.but now i came to know that i will not be able to claim refund for some reason whatever.

so if anyone can help me in this:
1. is service tax registration required for the service tax refund since i am exporter of services which are exempt from taxes under export of services rule 2005.
2. what form is required to be submitted for claiming the refund of service tax.
3. what procedure is to be followed to claim the refund.
4. most importantly can i claim refund for the previous quarters or months which have passed.

income tax

if a wife having her first name in a savings bank a/c and second name of her hushand for operation e or s ) transfers some funds to Savings bank a/c of her husband (whose a/c has second name of wife for operation e or s) for the purpose of repayment of home loan of their son having loan a/c in some other city but the bank name being the same that of husband's a/c what will be the position of incometax. The purpose of transferring the amount to husband's a/c is that the amount to be transferred to son's home loan a/c is done without any bank charge and within minutes. Wife's a/c is in some other bank which does not transfer the funds without charge and requires 2/3 days for transaction.

Master Data correction - MCA

Hi

The Masterdata of our company on MCA site shows a Paid-up capital, which is more than the actual as per the books. Last Return of Allotment figure tally with the book figure.

However, in the last Annual Return, erroneously paid-up capital was shown more than what is there in the books and now the same figure appears in the Master Data.
Kindly advice on :
1)How the error on the Annual Return can be corrected
2) How the Master Data can get corrected

best regards,

Rajesh Pillai
