I've completed my Articleship Training during March 2021. Due to Covid pandemic, I'm unable to submit Form 108 and after that due to personal reasons it got delayed and now (11.06.2024) I am submitting my Form 108 with Fine. But, my Principal suggests it may be cancelled and I need to pursue fresh Articleship Training again for 3 years. Please suggest me a better idea.

In my firm I didn't get opportunity and the work culture is also negative and my principal is also not allowing me for transfer as in new course 2 years of articleship and i completed 1 year can i terminate my articleship on family grounds and join industrial training and another question if i terminate my articlehip on industrial training what are the supporting documents i have to attach

I want to terminate my articleship on basis of discontinuation of the course due to personal reasons. The portal says I need to submit 'An affidavit duly sworn in before a First Class Magistrate stating the reason for discontinuing the course'. Can someone please give me a format for the same? Also, can I just state 'Personal Reasons' as reason for discontinuation in the affidavit?

In September 2023, I converted from foundation route to direct entry Route and joined articleship.. but due to various health reasons, I got termination on December 2023 under the reason within one year.. I cleared CA intermediate group one in November 2023 attempt. Can I rejoin articleship under new scheme by not considering the period I served in old scheme, after clearing after clearing CA intermediate group 2?

I have fill my form 102 on 18 march 2024 and not done franking till 15 April 2024 .It is ok if I donee franking today as 30 days are not elapsed till now.

I have a query related to form 112.I am persuing b.com and it is my last semester and on 9 th April only my sem 6 university exam was completed.I had filled form 102 on 19th March and in that in other courses I had choosen ''no" option.But later on someone told me that it is compulsory to fill form 112 then I raise ticket on ssp portal regarding opening of form 112 .They open within 2 days .But later on I found that my college is of noon from 11 to 5 and office hours 11 to 6.So I fill wrong timings of morning and principal denied to sign.So what to do.Today is 12 th April.My college is over.What to do ? And also I have not stampted form 102 till now. It is ok to do with in 30 days.Please reply soon🙏
