Why Income Tax due Date needs to be extended

2. How to file ITR of deceased assessee's

This has been a major concern wherein the Representative assessee cannot be added in the income tax portal of the legal heir/ representative assessee.

In few cases, the application or the request to add legal heir has been rejected with the reason that the date of death does not match with the date mentioned on the death certificate.

3. Name of deceased not showing in the earmarked cell after mentioning of PAN of the deceased

The portal is not picking the name of the deceased against the PAN mentioned of the deceased while adding the legal representative request.

 

4. Errors in filing Form 10IE

In many instances, there have been errors in filing form 10IE since the portal is not accepting such.

5. Option to Revise 3CB-3CD is not yet available

 

6. ITR of some other person reflected in the login of some other individual having different name and PAN.

7. OTPs are still not available at the right time and are received after their expiry and sometimes, in the late hours; increasing the work pendencies.

8. Problems in filing Form 29B and uploading the form.
