MCA is set to release 56 New Forms this January 2023. 10 forms are to be released on the 9th January 2023 and the remaining 46 to be released on the 23rd January 2023.
Where are the new forms available?
The New forms shall be available on the V3 portal of the MCA website from 9th January 2023.
Other Points to Note
- The 10 forms that are to be released on 9th January 2023 will be disabled on the V2 portal from January 7th 2023,12 :00 AM to 8th January 2023, 11:59 PM.
- The 46 forms shall be disabled from January 7th 2023 12:00 AM to 22nd January 2023, 11:59 PM.
- Any Pending SRNs with respect to payment which are previously filed related to the below forms should be paid by 7th January, 2023.
- Offline payments for the below-mentioned forms shall be stopped from 28th December 2022 and payments can be made only by net banking, credit card and debit card on V2 portal of the MCA website.
- V3 portal shall be unavailable from 7th January 2023 12:Am to 8th January 202311:59 PM and between 21st January,2023 12:00 AM to 22nd January 2023, 11:59 PM.
- All the other forms except the new forms shall be available on the V2 portal.
