Q. 1. Can GST Returns be revised?
1.1 But Supreme Court in "Bharti Airtel" denied revision earlier. Then how this case law is different from that?

Q. 2. If GST Registration is canceled then whether Taxpayer should file a revocation application under section 30 or an Appeal under section 107?

Q. 6. Can First Appellate Authority condone the delay in filing of appeal? And if not then what’s the solution?
