Im writing this article and somewhere deep inside  there is a fear...(no not of my article going unread)....just scared of the unknown ,but maybe its the exam fever thats getting over me slowly...slowly....I get up in the morning thinking...arrey 2 months baa exam hai , and i sleep thinking oh my god may mein exam hai....it has been going like this for quite sometime.....but i have finally decided to fight the exam blues...........

Heres how -

1) Decided to go for morning walk - - it works wonders..i must say....and there r many benefits too...ek toh subah u will get the fresh air...thoda bahut O2 (oxygen).....jo pure din naseeb nahi hota...i put up in delhi...and for morning walk..u have to get up early...so u have to stick to ur schedule....take ur parents along for morning walk (bcos its good for their health and u will get company .....u can talk about ur plans, share ur thoughts....family time)

2) Tidy the study table - maine table pe books ka dher laga diya tha....its very important to decide from which book u will study...dont keep too many books(it will make u nervous)....jo padhna hai wo rakho table pe....keep the others aside.....

3) I have kept a small plant on my table - i just look at it when im tired...i look after it...change the water...feels wonderful to see it grow...

4) Fix all your problems first--- Dont keep any negative thoughts in ur mind...if u feel u r weak in certain area...try fixing the problem at the earliest....nahi toh u will be always bothered about that particular weak area....it will affect ur concentration to some extent.....

5) Make a list of the things to do for each day -- It will help u to keep a track .....u will know wat all needs to be done each day so...u can plan accordingly....

6) Keep some enjoying time- if u have been working hard all day...keep a reward for urself...ur enjoying time(or ur time) ....u can do anything u like ...it will  help u relax..and unwind urself...i think for me break is very important.

7) Jot down the areas where improvement is needed- when u r studying a chapter there may be some portion u may find difficult....or where u find improvement is needed....mark it...as  read it again or go through that portion again....u wont it that difficult if u read it once more....

8) Keep the syllabus in front of u and mark the portions covered-  it has a psycological impact on our minds...itna portion cover karna tha...itna allready cover ho gaya...now this much is left....so u can be at peace .....atleast u will know where u r , and where u have to reach in the remaining time.

9) Review ur plans - keep a track of ur schedule and plans...bcos it mayb that u maybe going offtrack.....so keep a check...

10) Stay positive...optimistic...and happy- create an atmosphere around u..that can help u stay positive, ....talk to ur parents..(ur family),it will help u stay focussed ...i usually talk to mom and dad sitting on the dining table(while eating)....bcos thats the only  time since morning when we sit together...perfect time to discuss and share my thoughts....
