FAQ :

The extended due date for filing the MSME-1 form, which is for furnishing half-yearly returns regarding outstanding payments to micro or small enterprises, is 31st August 2021, if not filed by the original due date of 30th April 2021 due to COVID-19.

Unlisted public companies are required to file the PAS-6 form for reconciliation of share capital audit by 31st August 2021.

The DPT-3 form, a return of deposits and particulars not considered as deposit, has an extended due date of 31st August 2021 for all companies except Government Co., NBFC, Banking Co., and Housing Finance Co.

The extended due date for filing the LLP-11 Annual Return of LLP is 31st August 2021.

The MGT-7 Annual Return of Company is due by 31st August 2021 if the AGM was held between 1st April 2021 and 30th May 2021. If the AGM was held between 1st June 2021 and 31st July 2021, the due date is within August 2021.

The AOC-4 form is for filing the financial statement of a company. The due date is 31st August 2021 if the AGM was held between 1st April 2021 and 30th June 2021. If the AGM was held between 1st July 2021 and 31st July 2021, the due date falls within August 2021.
