The Civil Services is the permanent bureaucracy of the Government of India. The civil service system is the backbone of the administrative machinery of the nation.

Civil Services offer an attractive and challenging career to the ambitious, the aspiring and the talented. Indian civil services paves the way for becoming an IAS, IPS, IFS or IRS officer.

A member of the civil service in discharge of his/her functions is to be guided by maintaining absolute integrity, allegiance to the constitution and the law of the nation, patriotism, national pride, devotion to duty, honesty, impartiality and transparency.

A remarkable thing about civil services is that it provides opportunity to contribute effectively in the decision making process of country.

Civil Service offers lot of opportunities for on the job learning as every day brings in lot of new knowledge, challenges, new ways to look at an issue, new ways to deliver and so on and so forth. Civil servants are close to the public all the time. So, when you deliver results, rewards in terms of the general public appreciation are very high in public service. But, you also get brickbats for non-performance.

The wisdom we gain, knowledge we acquired is the right time to utilise towards the betterment of the society and that can be possible through entering into the world of Civil Services. Recognise your potential; you have the capability to change the world.

It’s truth that Indian CAs are the Brand Ambassador of Indian Taxation. If there are CAs in Revenue Services, undoubtedly he will work well and by taking interest in that work as well. Also he will be able to do more Value addition in the society. Absolutely Revenue is perfect place for CAs. Their logical and tactical thinking will bring unexpected results.

Three years articleship makes our approach more practical and logical. Main advantage with our CA Fraternity is that we have the vast experience of working along with studies. In our training period we get experience of dealing with various government officials like Income Tax, Customs and Excise etc. In short we know about their way of working, problems of government department and importantly how to get our work done from them.

We CAs have open mind. Our approach towards problems is fully and totally different from others. Our way of working is just awesome. The beauty of our work is that while solving problem we consider every aspect by taking into consideration the further and prior effects.

The entire World knows that CAs are unique blend of hard work, smart work, sincerity, passion etc.

As told by past President of the country Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, “CAs are Partner in Nation Building”, we can setup new milestones by qualifying Civil Services.
