Today i.e. November 5, 2013 was the last date for the public at large for giving suggestions/ comments to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for the 3rd and 4th tranche of Draft Rules being framed under the Companies Act, 2013. In these 2 phases, Draft Rules have been framed on deposits, SFIO, National Financial Regulatory Authority and Investor Educations and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority.
All the Draft Rules that were put out for public comments, as also the Companies Act, are available on the website of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
