Four Forms namely 20B, 21A, 23AC and 23ACA have been revised vide Notification NO: 655(E) dated 12-9-08.
Revised Forms will come into force from 28th September 2008. Please refer to the Notification below. Further, new version of Additional attachment to Form23AC, Form 66, Form DIN-3, Form 1A, Form 1, Form 18 and Form 32 will be available on the Portal, effective September 28, 2008, (6.00 AM). All Stakeholders are requested to use new version w.e.f. September 28, 2008 (6.00 AM) as the current version of these forms will be discontinued.
