Job Description |
The young Professionals are expected to contribute to the Internal Research requirements of Ministry of Corporate Affairs in R & A Division by analyzing & processing MCA21 data. To help draw policy implications in the evolving provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. |
The terms and conditions of engagement of the YPs will be according to the CDM Guidelines of Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The application form/guideline are placed on MCA’s website www.mca.gov.in. (homepage/stakeholder’s corner/ – vacancy/appointment/MCA). MCA has the right to terminate the contract at any time, without assigning any reason. The provisions of GFR, 2017 are applicable.
