The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has invited applications to engage the services of Young Professionals on a  contract basis. The Young Professionals are expected to contribute to the Internal Research requirements of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in the R & A Division by analyzing & processing MCA21 data. Period of Contract

The contractual engagement will be for a period of one year initially. After successful completion of one year to the satisfaction of the Divisional Head, will be given extension of two or more years from the date of initial joining.

Remuneration

(Per month)

A consolidated amount of Rs.45,000/- per month.

Education Qualification

Bachelor in Law from reputed law university.

Job Description

The young Professionals are expected to contribute to the Internal Research requirements of Ministry of Corporate Affairs in R & A Division by analyzing & processing MCA21 data. To help draw policy implications in the evolving provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.

The terms and conditions of engagement of the YPs will be according to the CDM Guidelines of Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The application form/guideline are placed on MCA’s website www.mca.gov.in. (homepage/stakeholder’s corner/ – vacancy/appointment/MCA). MCA has the right to terminate the contract at any time, without assigning any reason. The provisions of GFR, 2017 are applicable.
