Job Description

The young Professionals are expected to contribute to the Internal Research requirements of Ministry of Corporate Affairs in R & A Division by analyzing & processing MCA21 data. To help draw policy implications in the evolving provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.

The terms and conditions of engagement of the YPs will be according to the CDM Guidelines of Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The application form/guideline are placed on MCA’s website www.mca.gov.in. (homepage/stakeholder’s corner/ – vacancy/appointment/MCA). MCA has the right to terminate the contract at any time, without assigning any reason. The provisions of GFR, 2017 are applicable.
