For new company incorporations, names reserved for 20 days will be extended by 20 days beyond 31st May 2020, provided their reservation expired between 15th March 2020 and 31st May 2020.
Name reservations for company name changes, typically valid for 60 days, will receive an additional 60 days beyond 31st May 2020 if they expired between 15th March 2020 and 31st May 2020.
Companies will be granted an additional 15 days beyond 31st May 2020 for resubmissions where the last date fell between 15th March 2020 and 31st May 2020, unless already marked 'NTBR'.
Yes, names reserved for new LLPs or name changes (valid for 90 days) will be extended by 20 days beyond 31st May 2020 if they expired between 15th March 2020 and 31st May 2020. LLP resubmissions also get an additional 15 days from 31st May 2020.
