The Institute of Company Secretaries of India offers the last chance for students appearing in Dec 2020 exams to opt for their desired Zone nearest to their residence/place of stay within their City of Examination Centre without payment of a fee up to and including 27th October 2020 (before 23.59 hours). IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
COMPANY SECRETARIES EXAMINATIONS DECEMBER, 2020FOR ATTENTION OF CANDIDATES OF EXECUTIVE AND PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMME EXAMINATIONS FROM THE FOLLOWING EXAMINATION CENTRES:
1. BENGALURU 2. BHUBANESWAR
3. CHENNAI 4. HYDERABAD
5. KOLKATA 6. MUMBAI
7. NAVI MUMBAI 8. THANE
All candidates who have enrolled themselves for June 2020 Examination (later merged with December, 2020 Examination) and December 2020 Examination to be held from 21st December, 2020 to 30th December, 2020 from Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane Examination Centres shall be required to select their desired zone* in their respective cities from the list of new zones created by the Institute. All such candidates are hereby informed that the Institute is extending one more final opportunity by allowing them to opt their desired Zone* nearest to their residence / place of stay within their City of Examination Centre without payment of fee (free of cost) upto and including 27th October, 2020 (before 23.59 hours).
All candidates concerned should take note that in case any candidate does not opt his/her desired choice of zone nearest to his/her residence / place of stay within the stipulated period as mentioned hereinabove, the Institute will allocate zone to such candidates at its own and the same should be final and binding upon the candidates and no subsequent communication of any sort in this regard shall be entertained by the Institute. It is repeated that the facility of selection of zone by the candidates nearest to his/her residence / place of stay shall be available only upto and including 27th October, 2020, 23.59 Hours. Candidates are advised to take note of the above and act accordingly — opt their suitable zone within the city expeditiously without wait for the last moment.
All concerned shall note that no subsequent representations, request, appeal or any other communication in this regard shall be entertained by the Institute.
