Constitution of Group to consider ICAI’s preparedness for disciplines on domestic regulations in the Accountancy Services
Council Affairs/M-626/2010 ALL MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL Madam/Dear Sir,
I wish to inform you that the President, in terms of the authority given to him by the Council at its 293rd meeting held on 12th February, 2010, has constituted a Group, comprising of the following, to consider ICAI’s preparedness for disciplines on domestic regulations in the Accountancy Services (WTO Document No.S/L/64 dated 17th December, 1998) sector as adopted at the WTO:-
- CA. Rajkumar S. Adukia, Council member, Convenor
- CA. K. Raghu, Council member
- CA. Sumantra Guha, Council member
- CA. Manoj Fadnis, Council member
- CA. Vinod Jain, Council member
CA. Kuldeep Vashisht, Executive Officer, would act as the Secretary to the said Group, under the guidance and supervision of Shri Rakesh Sehgal, Additional Secretary.
The aforesaid Group would submit its Report latest by 7th April, 2010.
