FAQ :
AEO-T1 certifications will no longer have an expiry date and will not require periodic renewal every three years.
The change is effective from 1st August 2021.
AEO-T1 entities will be auto-renewed in the system, subject to continuous compliance monitoring and the submission of an annual self-declaration.
All AEO-T1 entities certified on or after 1st April 2019 are eligible for auto-renewal.
The annual self-declaration is to be filed between 1st October and 31st December each year.
The annual self-declaration will be submitted by the applicant through the AEO online web portal at aeoindia.gov.in.
