Hello ,

I was working private firm and i left that company before 3 months . i was working there for 2 years

Now i want to withdraw All  PF (Employee share , Company share , Pension Share) .

I have some queries

1. Can I Withdraw Whole amount of PF ?

2. If I will not get Whole EPF amount then When i will get that amount and from where

2. As the EPF amount is more than Rs. 50,000 . will it be TAXable and Who will decuted the TAX , the Company or Goverment ?

3. How will I get TAX certificate if the TAX is diducted from EPF ?

Thanks

premature withdrawal of epf is fully taxable
amount received from pf is exempted as per sec10(11&12) , but you didn't work for 5 years , it would be taxable if you withdraw.
the period of 5 years shall also include the period of employment under previous employer too...provided your PF of previous employer should be recognised...then in such case it will not fall under premature withdrawal....
