hi Ashik stipend is paid to article Training as per CA regulation Act.
As per CA regulation stipend amount would vary and depend upon the place of Training. Apart from that,stipend amount would vary in entire training period like in first year min. stipend Rs.1000
in 2nd year Rs. 1500 and in 3rd year Rs. 2000.
So there is no any linkages of stipend to pass with pcc or IPCC.
