Yep.. you will be asked to submit School leaving certificate.. as its mandatory document as proofe of birth with regard to Passport Issuance...!

But while filling the form, in document advisor (passportseva.gov.in)  it states School leaving certificate or Bith certificate is required.

Not required, Then u may show your original birth certificates .

You can either submit your birth cerificate or 10th certificate.
