I am persuing ca & my training as a article is going on. I am also doing my B.Com. I st year. Now I want to do Company Secretary Course alongwith above two courses. Now my question is that whether I am entitled to do C.S., if yes, then tell me the procedure to grant permission from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for C.S.

AS PER ICAI RULES THE ON DOING CA HE CAN DO ONE MORE COURSE WITH THAT, SO YOU ALREADY DOING B.COM SO YOU CAN TAKE ANY OTHER COURSE.FOR TAKIN ANOTHER COURSE YOU AHVE SUBMIT THE FORM FOR THAT WHICH YOU GET WEB SITE AND SUBMIT TO NEAR ICAI.THEY WILL GIVE PERMISSION TO DO ANOTHER COURSE..ALL THE BEST

YA ICAI HAVE RULES THAT ONE WHO PURSUING CA HE CAN TAKE ONE MORE COURSE WITH THAT, IF YOUR DOING B.COM WITH CA THEN YOU HAVE TO TAKE PERMISSION FROM ICAI TO DO ANOTHER COURSE.ALL THE BEST.........
Yes Balasubramanya is right.U have to take permision from the institute through 112 form.
