Need Help For Income Tax Paper Presentation ?

Dear Rohan,

Pl teke care of following notes, while attempting question of Income Tax:

1. If u know the relevant section then present it as "In accordance with the provisions of sec..........."

2. If u dont know the section then present it as "In accordance with the provisions of Income Tax Act..................."

3. If you dont know section, then pl dont write wrong section No.

4. If you are solving numarical question, then present it point to point and at the end write reasons why are you giving such treatment.
