16 July 2018A person do Job work like stiching, embrodery design, put the stone on sarees, he wants to file ITR4 for A.Y. 2018-19, what will be nature of Business and code, pleae suggest.

The code mentioned by you is other manufacturing and a person deducted TDS u/s 94C against this kind of job work, so it will be applicable? If I mentioned code other services(21008), it will be any problem?

As such no problem...... but its manufacturing activity rather than service; though TDS u/s. 194C can be deducted in both.....

Last year a person filed ITR4 with code trader others, can he appiled code Retail sales of other products 09028 for current year, he is a suppler of spare parts of machineries.

a person is assembling sewing machines in a firm.. and getting his income in bank after deduction of TDS u/s 194c.... what will be the nature of business code for that & what will be the business type like 44ad or 44ada etc ??

As such there is no specific code for job work/assembaly ... so you can use '21008'.... and opt for sec. 44AD...

Both the utilities released by ITD (be it ITR3 or ITR 4).... as on e-filling site are accepting code '21008' only under sec. 44AD...... and not u/s. 44ADA....
So, what should be done??? !!!

Not needed.... Just file ITR 4 downloaded from IT website, before its too late. If required take help of any local expert..
