Late filling of IT return AY 2017-18
TDS is more than taxable income but forgot to file AY 2017-18 return . Is there any solution to get tds amount refund?

Try to file Condonation Delay Request to Your Jurisdictional CIT. After accept the request You can file Your ITR based on the acceptance of the Request...

if your query is for a. y. 2017-18, then you can't file ITR. if it's for f. y. 2017-18 then you can file ITR with late fees of rs. 10000 subject to a minimum late fees of rs. 1000 if the total income is below 500000
