E Way Bill in respect of Without Bringing Materials in Home State

To prevent Supplier B (UP) from knowing Buyer C (Bihar), Middleman A (WB) must break the transaction into two E-way bills. First, B generates an E-way bill shipping the goods to A at a temporary transit point in UP. Once the truck leaves B's premises, A generates a second E-way bill using the "Dispatch From" feature (setting it to UP) and "Ship To" feature (setting it to Bihar). Because the lorry owner is unregistered, A acts as the transport manager by leaving the Transporter ID blank and directly updating the vehicle number in Part B of the second E-way bill.
