Intimation u/s 143(1)

No you cannot go for rectification u/s 154 (as it is not error from Income Tax Site) The fact that you have paid it indicates that you have accepted the liability.

Now you watch out that the same is reflected in 26AS .

It is advisable that you can write a letter to ITO requesting him to take your payment on record and clear the charge in their demand register. You may attach copy of the notice and copy of payment challan along with your letter.
